Custom and Personalized orders are not eligible for exchange or return.
Ink & Rags Guarantees everything to be as described. If you received your order and it is not as expected, please contact us immediately and we will do everything in our power to correct it quickly, and with a minimum of inconvenience to you. In most cases a picture of the problem is all that is needed for us to get a free replacement on the way.
Exchange or Store Credit:
Ink & Rags offers an exchange or store credit on NEW / UNUSED items returned within 14 days of delivery to you. Please contact us at info@inkandrags.com for return instructions, and we're happy to offer a free exchange for anything else in our shop or a Store Credit to use any time in the future. Exchanges and Returns must be new, unused, unwashed, and in the original protective plastic. PLEASE be sure your return is FREE OF ALL PET HAIR, DOWN and FEATHERS prior to return.
Refunds:

Terms for Refund or Exchange:
We do not refund our original cost of shipping, or pay for return shipping, all shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was not as advertised. We are unable to offer a refund or Store Credits after 14 days, or after the product has been used or washed, so PLEASE OPEN AND INSPECT YOUR SHIPMENT UPON ARRIVAL.
When will the refund show on my account?
The Electronic Transfer Act, requires banks to credit the refund within 10 business days from the date I process the refund in house. But it usually occurs faster than 10 days if you are with a mainstream bank. PayPal refunds are refunded directly to your PayPal account, and not the the bank account that PayPal originally debited for the transaction.
Cancellations:
Because your items are being hand made just for you, in the size and color you need, cancellations will not be accepted once your order is processed and production begins, this is generally within 2-3 days from the date of purchase. If you realize that you made a mistake or need to make a change to an order, please contact us immediately at info@inkandrags.com, we will do our absolute best to help find a solution. If we are unable to cancel or change your order before it ships, you may return or exchange the order after it delivers to you.
Domestic Shipping:
Each Ink & Rags Product is made to order so you are guaranteed to receive the latest designs, in the exact size you need, fresh from the Production Floor. With that in mind, Domestic orders can take 2-10 weeks to hand make, ship, and deliver to you via UPS or USPS. Shipping rates vary from $0 - $69.95 USD depending on the size and weight of your order. If you have an event or special need for immediate delivery please contact us to inquire about trunk show inventory, or samples. Rush shipping is not available on made to order items.
International Shipping:
AT this time we have limited shipping available outside the USA, we will update you as soon as that changes. Thank you for your understanding.
We ship all over the world using the United States Postal Service Priority Mail and DHL Global Mail. Shipping rates vary from $19 - 110 USD depending on the size and weight of your order, shipping will be calculated and added to your order at the time of checkout. Including production time, International Orders can take 4-12 weeks to arrive. Your Post will collect your counties Import Fees and/or Import Taxes at the time of delivery. For more information about what that will cost, please contact your Government or Customs for more information.
*FREE Shipping:
Occasionally Ink & Rags will offer Free Shipping Specials to Domestic Customers within the 48 Contiguous United States. Free Shipping does not apply to customers outside the US. A small surcharge will be added for Alaska and Hawaii and all off-shore United States territories and possessions, which include American Samoa, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and Military or APO Addresses.
