Custom and Personalized products are not eligible for exchange or return. All other items may be returned for refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery to you.
Be sure the Items for Refund or Exchange are New, Unwashed, and in the original protective plastic before shipping. All items must be free of pet hair, and or duvet feathers to avoid a cleaning fee.
Ship your items to the following address using any carrier you choose. Returns must be returned using a trackable method with insurance for full value of the order.

Your items for Refund or Exchange must be mailed within 14 days of delivery to you. Returns received by us later than 30 days will not be eligible for refund or exchange.
Please e-mail email@example.com your return tracking number upon shipment, this serves as your RMA number, your Refund or Exchange cannot be processed without it.
We will process the refund or exchange within 2 business days of the receipt of your returned items, and will e-mail you a confirmation when the refund had been processed, or exchange has been started.
- Credit Card: Your bank may take an additional 2-10 days to credit your account once we process the refund.
- PayPal: PayPal refunds will refunded to your PayPal Account.
- AfterPay: AfterPay refunds will be refunded to AfterPay.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
